3 Ingredient Cookies

Yes, you read that right. Only 3 ingredients. And bonus: it gives you something to do with those overripe bananas.

Mash 2-3 really ripe bananas with a fork

Mix in 1 1/2 cups oatmeal (it can be quick cooking or regular or a combo of both)

Add 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

That is all you need! Form them into balls and place on parchment paper on a baking sheet.

TIP: I like to use my handy ice cream scooper to make them all the same size. You can smash them down to form a cookie since they will not spread while baking.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, depending on your oven. That is all!

Hope you make these and if so, please share your picture on my social media so I can give you a shout out! Happy Baking!
