Healthy Cauliflower Pizza

Every Friday night we try a different pizza recipe and this one stuck out as the winner. My husband made it, so he gets the full credit. Honestly, if he didn't tell me what this was made of, I would have assumed it was just a thin crust, crispy pizza! That is how delicious it was & now I get to share it with you.

Here's what you will need:

3 cups riced cauliflower cooked and squeezed out, water removed (You can rice your own from a real head of cauliflower, or buy a packet of already riced in a package)

Mom Hack: We buy the already riced cauliflower from Costco, organic, in the frozen veggie department. This saves A LOT of time and gets you closer to your pizza faster.

garlic powder

dried basil

dried oregano

salt

pepper

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

1 egg

Spices can be sprinkled to taste. My man did not use measurements here, so feel free to use your instincts. Mix all ingredients together and spread on parchment paper to shape your crust. Bake at 500 for 15 minutes.

Toppings of your choice! We did pesto sauce and cut up chicken from the night before, cut into small chunks. Add more shredded provolone and some fresh basil.

Back into the oven at 500 for about 10 minutes. Depending on the oven, until the cheese melts and the edges brown.

This was the yummiest healthy pizza we ever made. Try it out and post your pictures on My Rockerbeez social media. Can't wait to see those pizzas!
